Splinter is one awesome woodpecker. You see, I just joined the Woody Woodpecker fandom and I totally love Andy Panda, Woody himself, and his nephew and niece. Splinter happens to be my favorite character as of now, so I just drew her all over the place.
The reason there's so much red on the drawing under the chibi of her is because my baby sister wanted to "help". I trie t get it out the best I could, but oh. well.
