PvZ Gender Benders-Night

Description

Here come the gender benders of the nighttime plants and zombies! Woo-hoo!
Female Newspaper Zombie (aka Trudy) was one of my favorites to draw! She is actually bald (that's a wig she has on there, as the original Newspaper Zombie wears a toupee) and her outfit is similar, with the scarf in place of a tie, shoes with a bit of a heel, those dorky half-moon glasses, and of course, the garishly heart-patterned lacy bloomers. (Y'know, like old-lady underwear or something.) Personally, out of all my PvZ gender benders, she has to be my favorite.
"Sittin' here, eating my heart out, waitin', waitin' for some lover to call. Dialed about a thousand numbers lately, almost rang the phone off the wall..." Female Disco Zombie (aka Donna) was one of the most fun to draw because the original one's outfit was so wacky and ridiculous. I decided to keep the glasses and Afro hairstyle (but I made her Afro much bigger), but I decided to give her a crop top, miniskirt, and leg warmers because it's very, very '70's-ish and really suits her character. She has a dead flower in her hair, and she still sports the same fishbowl platform shoes as her male counterpart. And if you look closely at her earrings...wait, I don't want to spoil it because it's one of those little "if you look closely, blah blah blah" things.
The Female Backup Dancer Zombies (aka Lila, Lula, Lola, and Lala) were fun to make, too. Two of them are not shown here because of space, but just pretend they're there. I wanted to make them look exaggeratedly '70's, too with similarly styled clothing as their lead dancer, but each girl is wearing a floral-print shirt and green, non-fishy platforms unlike the lead. They have big hair, too (although I just realized that that's a bit more '80's), but I didn't give them mustaches, though.
Female Screen Door Zombie (aka Doreen) is the most self-explanatory of the bunch. She's crouched behind a purloined screen door with stolen braiiiinnnsss...not much different from the original, of course.
And last, but not least, we have the old Backup Dancer Zombie in gender-bent form (aka Janet). Think the girls in Miss Disco's backup crew, but with blonde hair and ten years later. I decided to keep the attire the same while replacing the pants with a skirt and leg warmers, but I decided to add some star-shaped stickers/tattoos/whatever you want them to be on her face and right arm. The "Thriller" girl definitely takes the prize for coolest outfit out of all the gender benders so far, in my opinion. :)
As for the plants, well, I just added eyelashes and the like to a few, but I also changed the shapes of some mushroom caps to resemble hair. Miss Ice Shroom has ice crystals on her body that resemble a necklace, and since Hypno Shroom is the only female mushroom, the male version had to be changed from pink to blue. :)
